KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 27 — Cancelling directly negotiated mega projects under Budget 2023 will help the government save costs and avoid paying commissions to middlemen, Malaysian Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (Macfe) president, Datuk Seri Akhbar Satar said.
